Stonebrook Convalescent Center, Inc. dba Stonebrook Healthcare Center, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Management, Inc. James David Hightower of Van Buren, Arkansas solely owns Health Management, Inc.

Stonebrook Healthcare Center was opened in May 1990 with a mission to provide quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost, with a commitment to excellence thought impossible to find. We are committed to this mission and to maintaining a positive reputation in the community.
