Stonebrook Convalescent Center, Inc. dba Stonebrook Healthcare Center, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Management, Inc. James David Hightower of Van Buren, Arkansas solely owns Health Management, Inc. Mr. Hightower also manages Hillcrest Healthcare LLC, Inc. in Tennessee.

          Stonebrook Healthcare Center was opened in May 1990 with a mission to provide quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost, with a commitment to excellence thought impossible to find. We are committed to this mission and to maintaining a positive reputation in the community.
